1680. party to case (pro se)

After dealing with her collusive interactions with the Attorney for the Child for four years and her willingness to ignore the rules of civil procedure and due process, I was finally able to compel her recusal. My initial impressions of her were positive but as soon as she became convinced I was a bad actor based on uncorroborated and false allegations that I had physically abused my daughter, she routinely went out of her way to break it off in me. I successfully appealed two of her rulings and forced her to recuse. She is humorless, dry and often bad tempered. She depends far too much on the AFCs arguments and recommendations to make her decisions.
