If I could give zero stars I would have. In my opinion this judge was guilty of reverse discrimination. I don't know if he was just protecting himself against any possible accusations of being racist or what he was doing. A woman of color requested a restraining order against a caucasion woman who was accused of assault. The defendant also made a cross complaint and requested a restraining order. Witnesses to the event said there was no assault by the defendant, if anything the woman of color pushed the defendant. The judge, in spite of this the witnesses(multiple) was still inclined to grant the restraining order against the defendant. Could this have been because the complaintant said "You're white, you don't know what it's like to be a (woman of color) woman." Really? She doesn't seem to know what it's like to be caucasion and have people play the race card against you. This judge could not have been any more unfair. Clearly the facts and witnesses don't matter to this man. Evidently justice is not blind and justice means nothing to this judge.
