1309. party to case (pro se)

Judge Thomas Anderle has a reputation for making up his mind and not changing it even in the face of significant contradictory facts. In my case, he refused to remove himself for bias after 8 individuals associated with me case signed declarations stating that he was not impartial.

6322. party to case (with attorney)

Anderle was appointed by Pete Wilson in 1997 (like all judges in SB County, he runs for "re-election " unopposed, his name never appears on any ballot and so no one has a chance to publicly review his service.) He issues complete tentative rulings from his chambers and does not change them during the public proceedings. He has poor hearing and this makes it difficult to be actually "heard" in court. His family law rulings favor the litigant who is higher Socio-Economic Status (and usually male) 90% of the time by my count. This 80 year old dinosuar should step down. Instead, he is once again unopposed in November 2016 and his name will automatically be re-instated for another four years and $182,000 annual salary. Avoid this judge.
